Jessy Damri has worked for and with us for over 20 years. She started with me as our Office Administrator and Conveyancer, when I owned two Sutton Group offices in Richmond in the early 2000's.
After selling the Sutton Group offices, we purchased a Re/Max Franchise in the City and were able to convince Jessy to come and take over the office management aspect as well as the administrative and accounting functions for our new start up office.
Over the next 20 years Jessy proved to be a most valuable resource as we grew. She had input into hiring, systems, upgrading efforts and provided valuable, common sense feedback to management as we grew into 3 offices with over 280 sales associates.
If we had not sold our companies, Jessy would still be a valued member of our team.
